Bondi Beach pad North Bondi If you're looking for accomodation by the beach this is it! Located just steps away from Australias famous Bondi Beach our renovated studio apartment is within metres to public transport, surf, restaurants, cafes, shops, pubs and nightlife. We are situated directly above the local surf school and cafe on the north side of the beach (please see aerial photo). Bondi is the heart of Sydneys eastern suburbs, which feature stunning seaside scenery and endless activities. Bondi Junction train station is 5 minutes by bus and connects to Central Station ( 10 min), Darling Harbor, Rocks, Opera House and ferry to Manly, Taronga Zoo and Northern Beaches. Bus transportation is nearby and street parking is available. A home away from home the fully furnished studio is complete with 2 beds, 1 queen, 1 queen sofa/futon bed , full bathroom with bath and shower, polished wooden floors, flat screenTV, DVD player, DVD's and small book library, wardrobe, table and two chairs. Studio also has a kitchen which includes: microwave, stove, fridge, plates, glasses, wine glasses, champaigne flutes, coffee mugs,cutlery, toaster, kettle, cooking accessories etc. Bed linens, bathroom towels, and beach towels all provided. Studio fits up to four adults or two adults and two children. Rent is from AUS $90- $200 per night all inclusive: electricity, local phone, bed linen etc. Prices per night are per couple, $10 extra for sofa bed linens and/or 3 persons or more. A 50% deposit required to hold bookings then remaining balance and a refundable $400 security bond are due upon arrival. 3 nights minimum stay, or $150 a night for Friday+Saturday weekend rate. Flexible pricing with long term rental availabe upon agreement. Blue Belle Bondi Beach Blue Belle in saught after North Bondi is a fabulous top floor apartment totally renovated, with class & comfort in mind. This unit is situated on the cnr of Ramsgate Ave & Waiora Ave Bondi and comprises two bedrooms. The master bedroom room with queen size double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds – ideal for children.
