Bondi Beach is 8kms from Sydney City: 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus or train and a few minutes from Bondi Junction with it's train station and ultra-modern shopping centre. Busses run every 5 - 30 minutes 24 hours a day.
Bondi is an outdoor-lover's paradise with swimming, surfing, golf, walking and alfresco dining. There is a huge range of restaurants cafes to suit all tastes and budgets in addition to numerous pubs and bars. The sand and surf is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is no need to leave Bondi Beach with fashionable boutiques and practical shops, banks, post office and a supermarket on your doorstep. Or, 10 minutes away, the city boasts numerous museums and cultural activities and a vibrant and varied nightlife.
There are two Golf Courses within 10-15 minutes walk with the spectacular Sydney Harbour and its secluded harbour beaches close by. There are spectacular cliff top walks available from the beach north to the historic harbour fishing village of Watson’s Bay and south to the equally magnificent beaches of Tamarama, Bronte and Coogee

Published Comment on website: "The apartment is very nice, the location is perfect (close to the beach but still very calm at night). Definitely good value. Strongly consider whether you really want to hire a car in Sydney (parking in the CBD is very expensive and you also have to pay for it in Bondi). If you do hire a car, spend the extra dollars for the underground parking that is offered with the apartment, generally. The amount is negligible compared to the parking fines."
Conditions and Specials
No pets allowed.
No Smoking inside the apartment or common areas of the building
Secure underground parking is available within the building for A$10 per day. Parking on the street is metered with a 2 hour limit.
Minimum stay 7 nights. 3 night bookings will be considered 14 days prior to arrival.
Daily rates of less than one week charged as proportion of weekly rate plus 15%.
A 5% laundry surcharge is applicable for four people or the use of two beds.
A refundable bond of A$500 is required on arrival against damage and breakages.
A 25% deposit will secure your booking.
Payment can be made in UK pounds direct to a UK bank account
Payment can be made by Credit Card using paypal, subject to a 4% surcharge.
Reductions are available for longer stays.
