BRONTE Surf and Sea

Experience Sydney’s famous surf and sea at beautiful Bronte in this delightful 3 bedroom house just across the road from the beach.

Surfboards and sea mementos reflect the owner’s love of the ocean. Soak up stunning water views from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area which open up to a large deck complete with a mains-gas BBQ and an outdoor setting for 6.

The timber-floored open-plan Lounge and Dining area boasts two sofas and an easy chair where you kick back and enjoy a plasma TV, CD/DVD player and Foxtel cable TV or eat a meal at the six-seater dining table, crafted from Tasmanian Oak and Jarah.

The Kitchen features top-of-the-range appliances including a dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven and stainless steel refrigerator and microwave. A separate Laundry features a washer, drier, vacuum cleaner and plenty of storage space.

All linen, towels, cookware and dinnerware is provided, plus there’s dial-up internet and a phone to receive incoming calls. Gas heating warms this residence during cold snaps, while ocean breezes cool it down during hot spells.

Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes and bedside tables plus a plasma TV with the ultimate Foxtel platinum cable TV package.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a spare single mattress (under the bed) and plentiful storage space in the built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 can be tailored to your requirements as it opens to a deck with an outdoor table and chairs—an ideal sun trap during cooler months.

Other features of this residence include a fully renovated Bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle; a separate toilet; and parking for 2 vehicles. There is bus stop at the front of the house which can take you to Bondi or to Sydney city.

Bronte itself is teeming with a host of activities including great surfing or swimming laps in a 25-metre sea pool which can be seen from this residence. Behind this are spacious parklands and half a dozen sidewalk cafes.

This vibrant community is also renowned for its annual long distance swim in December between Bondi and Bronte. And the coastal cliff walk between these destinations is a slice of heaven.

Bond and Departure Clean
A bond is required but this is refunded at the end of the stay after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. There is a charge for a professional departure clean.
